The essence of the forum is to create users (visitors to the forum) their Topics with their subsequent discussion, by posting messages within these topics. A single topic, in fact, is a thematic guest book. Users can comment on the topic, ask questions about it and get answers, as well as answer questions from other forum users and give them advice.
